In short, I'm a geek. I enjoy all sorts of technologies, from developing software,
to server administration, to solid-state electronics, to vacuum tube technologies, to
Robotics and Automation, to Medical, and just about everything else geek-like.
Thankfully, I have been lucky enough over the years to obtain positions that
allow me to utilize these diverse skills. My most recent experience has been in software development, which I have also done as a component of my work in engineering. I also have extensive electrical and electronics controls design and installation experience, as well as many years of mechanical design and fabrication. I know my way around a machine shop, and have spent many hours behind a welding mask (TIG, Arc, and gas). In addition, I have 10 years of metrology experience under cGMP and ISO 9001 and 100012-1. I am seeking a position in either software development or engineering that will challenge me. An attractive situation would be to find a position in a technology-driven organization that has a track record of developing leading-edge technologies.
